Cancellation
For non group buy items, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, the processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled anymore. For group buys of any kind please refer to the specific terms in the product page description.
Processing Fees
Refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee to cover various merchant fees.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns for non group buy items. Our customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging including all accessories.
To request a return and/or refund please reach out to support@mechjunkies.com and include your order number. After confirming the details of your return you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Custom products and/or personalized items do not have a right to a 14 day refund period.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to you original payment method within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has not posted to your account within 30 days of approval please contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund fully posts to your account. If there are any other issues with your refund please contact us at support@mechjunkies.com.
